Afternoon Concert Series - March 17 Concert
The Basilica continues the weekly Music Recital Series, in conjunction with the Peabody School of Music, this coming Wednesday, March 17, from 12:45-1:30pm. This week's performer is Harpist Laura Stokes. Laura will travel to Wales in April to perform during a large Harp Festival and Competition, and her Basilica Concert will be an opportunity to play through her entire Wales program. Some, but not all, of the music she will play consists of authentic Welsh folksongs or works written by composers from Wales. The recital is free and open to the public.
