Hours of Operation
The Basilica is open from 7:00am until 4:00pm, Monday-Friday; and from 7:00am until the conclusion of the 5:30pm Mass on Saturday and the 4:30pm Mass on Sunday.
The Basilica Gift Shop is open from 10:00am until 3:00pm, Tuesday through Saturday; and 12:00pm until 3:00pm on Sunday.
The Rectory and Historic Trust Offices are open from 9:00am until 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Holiday Hours
The Basilica is open from 8:00am-10:00am on Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Day. There is one Mass at 9:00am, and no tours are offered on these days. In the case that Independence Day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the normal Saturday or Sunday schedule will apply.
Inclement Weather
The Basilica policy regarding closing is if the Baltimore City public schools are closed, the Basilica will also be closed.
